Sentinel’s 24-7 ZERO is a new product which has zero V.O.C.'s, zero HAP's, low odor high-performance coating with antimicrobial protection, designed to inhibit the growth of stain and odor causing mold, mildew, and other microorganisms on the coating film. It is excellent for high traffic areas, very durable & scrubbable. 24-7 ZERO is designed to be used on properly prepared woodwork, doors, walls, ceilings, plaster, sheetrock, concrete and other interior surfaces, including HVAC ducting. 24-7 ZERO is not intended for exterior use, or use on floors, unprimed metal surfaces, or in highly corrosive environments.Sentinel 24-7 Zero is available in a white or clear finish.
This highly durable coating is great for use in high traffic areas. It's also scrubbable, ensuring that surfaces can be easily cleaned later on without worry of removing the protective coating.

DIRECTIONS: (Always follow product label instructions for best results)
Product Preparation:
Stir to achieve an even consistency for spraying, brushing or rolling. Product must NOT be diluted with water or solvents.
** This product must not be allowed to freeze!
Surface Preparation:
Wash and clean surfaces to remove mold, mildew, grease, dirt and grime with a suitable cleaning compound and rinse. Disinfect all surfaces with bleach or a suitable disinfectant and rinse thoroughly with water. Allow to dry before applying coating. Remove peeling paint and spackle and sand where necessary. Lightly sand all glossy areas. On new, sanded sheetrock surfaces, remove all dust before painting.
Tinting: This product is a white base and may be tinted with no more than 4 oz. of colorant/gallon
Product Application:
All surfaces must be clean and completely dry before applying. To assure proper antimicrobial protection, it is vitally important that all surfaces be completely coated with 24-7 ZERO. For airless applications, use a .015 - .019 tip and maintain a fan size of about 12 inches. Coating applied at 90º to each other generally ensures a smooth and consistent application.
Primers:
- On sheetrock and plaster, apply one coat to prime, a second coat to cover.
- On new woodwork, use an oil-based primer.
- On metal, use a suitable, rust inhibiting primer.
Dry Time:
This product will dry to the touch in 30 minutes and may be recoated in one hour.
For interior HVAC surfaces:
Negative pressure should be utilized during application. Allow coating to dry for 2 hours at room temperature, longer at colder temperatures, then circulate fresh air through the system to further dry the coating. Fresh air should be carefully inspected for odors before ventilating into occupied spaces.
