pHire Booster Quart

pHire is a high pH cleaner designed for the toughest jobs. It can be used as a stand-alone cleaner or as a pH booster to other pre-spray cleaners. pHire contains the latest in surfactant technology, chelating ingredients and alkali builders. pHire is excellent in removing grease and oil from concrete and fat and lard from masonry grout. It can be added to carpet pre-treatments as a booster for heavily soiled commercial carpet. pHire can also be added to floor strippers to improve product productivity when removing difficult floor coatings.

Shake can well and wear rubber gloves when handling. Do not allow pHire to dry on surface before rinsing. For General Pressure Washing: Dilute pHire 1:32 with warm water (4 ounces per gallon of water). Apply diluted pHire to surface to be cleaned using a low pressure sprayer making sure to saturate the area thoroughly. Rinse area thoroughly. Agitation and dwell time will greatly improve product performance. One gallon of diluted product will cover approximately 1500 square feet. Heavy duty applications may require a stronger dilution up to 1:4 (32 ounces per gallon of water).

For Boosting Floor Strippers: Add 4 to 8 ounces of pHire to 5 gallons of ready touse floor stripper. Rinse thoroughly before applying desire floor coating.

For Boosting Commercial Carpet Pre-Sprays: For pump-up sprayers, add ½ to 2 ounces of pHire per gallon of ready to use pre-spray. For injection sprayers, add 4 to 8 ounces of pHire directly into the 5 quart sprayer along with desired pre-spray.

For best results rinse carpet with Newline Industries Final Rinse to neutralize carpet.
